Warranty and Returns



We want you to know that we stand behind our products 100%. We take great pride in producing items that are strong and made from the best materials, but understand that sometimes things happen, especially with the rigors of heavy field use. As such, your item comes with a limited lifetime warranty. If your product should fail under normal use and maintenance, we will repair or replace, at no charge, all or parts of the item that are defective. This warranty does not cover instances where the product was abused or used in a manner inconsistent with its intended design. Loss and shipping costs are also not covered. We maintain sole discretion in determining if an item is covered under the warranty described here.

Should you need warranty service, please Contact Us first to discuss the best option to proceed. Once we receive your item, we make a great effort to get it back as soon as possible so you can get back in the field.




Satisfaction with your purchase is very important to us. If you receive your item and it’s not quite what you were wanting, please contact us within 10 days to discuss options. We use the best materials we can find and make each item by hand, one at a time. Although we strive for perfection in the items we handcraft, we know that each item will have its own distinctive characteristics. We appreciate the beauty and uniqueness of custom handcrafted products and hope you do too.

For obvious reasons, laser engraved and personalized items are not returnable unless the final product does not match the engraving proof you approved at the time of your order. That said, please don’t hesitate to contact us if you are unhappy and we will work towards making sure you are satisfied.
